What a great praise!! Please do pray for Leo and Nadia, as well as pastor Konstantin and his church.

From: Leo Semenov

This is one of the first fruits, as a result of TEAR effort to promote in Russia a New Dynamic Church model. The Church that is free of legalism and other traditions. The church that is willing to reach more outwards than inwards. Church that has a heart for the lost of Russia. - Leo Semenov

To: President of The Evangelistic Association of Russia, Leonid V. Semenov

From : Pastor of the Christian Evangelical Church of the city Safonovo Smolensk Region, Russia, Konstantin Tolmachev

Dear Brother Leo,
Your visit from June 8th until June 12th, 2007 was a great blessing for our Church. We can't stop to thank the Lord that He put desire in your heart to help us.

Lately I was burdened for not having a Sunday school in our Church and we had prayed about it regularly. The Lord responded to us on His perfect time. After you and your American team visited us and encouraged us in this ministry, the Sunday school was started. And now we are asking you to keep us in your prayers for us to organize a Sunday school for children. By developing a children's program we hope to approach parents who never heard the Gospel.

We were so excited about Pastor's Norman Hunt presentation about Sunday school for adults. And today the Sunday school for adults is in place in our Church. We changed the whole structure of the worship service. Now the worship service is for 1 hour 15 minutes compared with previous services for 2 1/2 hours. Then there is a break for 5 minutes and the Sunday school for adults starts.

This fall through our city a bicycle rally was held. We were able to organize and conduct the Gospel presentation in the downtown park one day.

Two men, one 43 and one 51 years old, got baptized in our Church. And a young lady 27 years old asked for baptism too.

Last Sunday we celebrated the Thanksgiving in our Church.

Many non-Christian people visited the service. Two young ladies came forward and accepted Jesus. We hold the meeting in our Church and came up with the
emblem for our Church.

Latest activities inspired some of our Church members to reach people for Christ. All together we are thinking on a new ways of working with new people. We need your prayers that we will be fully dedicated to bring Gospel to the lost.

God bless you!
Thank you again for your tremendous help!

Say "hello!" please, to Pastor Norman, Kevin. I love them very much as
my brothers in Christ. Say "hello!" to all members of the team. Every
one of us is very thankful to them.

Your brother Konstantin,
Safonovo, Smolensk Region, Russia.

September 18th, 2007.
